Wedding Guest List

Remembering the friends and family you have invited as well as those who have told you they will be attending and who unavailable, is an easy if you keep all the details in the same place e.g. Wedding Guest List.

Some of the companies you choose to help make your day special will need you to provide them details of who is attending; e.g. catering and venues will need the number of people attending, where they will be sitting, if there are any special dietary requirements; your printer will need the names and address of your guests if you are having invitations and envelopes printed; and you will want to remember which of your guests you have sent thankyou cards out to.

For this very reason attached is a wedding guest list which automatically counts how many people you have invited,how many guests have responded, and how many guests will be attending. There is also an area for special requirements,the reception table number, and whether or not you have sent your guest a thank you note.

The 2nd version (on the same document is an extended wedding guest list which includes addresses), which will be very helpful for sending out invitations (use mail merge, or give to the company providing this service for you).

Unplanned events always occur (no matter how meticulous you are in planning your wedding) and is what makes your day truely unique. If one of your trusted friends keeps the following emergency kit items on hand for the day, you will breath a sigh of relief knowing unforseen events like temperature changes, ladders in stockings, makeup touch ups, etc are all easily fixed.
